We collaborate with the community and local businesses to generate wealth and revitalize the regions where each exploitation is located. The goal is to promote territorial balance through social, economic, and sustainable development. Some examples include hiring local professionals who reside in the territory and improving mobility in the area to facilitate connections.
We are a hub for wealth and opportunity creation.
Through 13 businesses, we are an economic engine with a major impact on trade and employment in the regions where we operate.

The needs of different types of families, especially children and teenagers, are met through a range of services and experiences designed for everyone.
Examples include the nighttime and daytime experiences for families at the Montsec Astronomical Park, the playgrounds located at some ski resorts such as La Molina, and the Christmas activities organized around the Núria Rack Railway, among others.
In this way, FGC TURISME reinforces the image of the territories where it operates as a destination for family vacations, promoting and facilitating diversified tourism.

We promote a healthy lifestyle through outdoor sports activities throughout the year. Activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, cycling, water sports, and paddle tennis, among others, allow you to enjoy surroundings and stay active.
Our mountain resorts host high-level international sporting competitions in disciplines such as skiing and snowboarding, mountain riding, trail running, and cycling.
The school winter sports program also plays a key role in promoting a healthy lifestyle by encouraging outdoor sports that respect and enjoy the mountains.

We contribute to the conservation of biodiversity in Catalonia through awareness-raising and outreach activities that promote a balance between human activity and ecosystems.
We have agreements and conventions with the various natural and national parks where we operate, such as the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park, the Montserrat Natural Park, the Alt Pirineu Natural Park, the Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, and the Capçaleres del Ter i el Freser Natural Park.

We strive to offer a quality service at all our establishments, guaranteeing standards of excellence that meet user expectations.
We base our operations on compliance with the relevant legislation, such as Law 13/2002 on Tourism in Catalonia, Decree 75/2020 on Tourism, and other regulatory provisions on tourism contained in European Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market.

We ensure that destinations and activities are accessible to everyone, regardless of their abilities. Examples include ramps for accessing equipment or spaces reserved for wheelchairs, as well as audible alerts. At ski resorts, we offer services such as alpine ski guides.
This accessibility is also designed for older people, providing them with facilities to enjoy the amenities and destinations where they are located without obstacles.
Another key aspect of accessibility is in the digital realm. The FGC website has been designed to facilitate universal access for all users, regardless of their physical, sensory, or intellectual abilities, as well as the technical context of its use (type of device, software, connection speed, environmental conditions, etc.). For this reason, we are working to adapt the entire website to the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) to eliminate all barriers that hinder access to information and communication.
